If an Protogen is powered on the Protogen can talk, interact, think etc.

To get the Protogen into this state it has to be Powered off or Crashed and you have to either tap both of the shoulder panels, smooch him on the snoot or you can find the power button of the Protogen (some might not have one) then they boot up and enter this state
